ABOUT ME
I’m an experienced and qualified integrative MBACP counsellor and psychotherapist working in private practice in Surbiton, Guildford, and at the Priory, Woking. I am taking sessions online during the Covid-19 pandemic. I work with both individuals and couples. Amongst many other issues, I have experience with clients who suffer with:

Counselling can help you by giving you focused time to explore and talk through how you are feeling. I integrate person centred, psychodynamic and CBT methods during our sessions:
Person-centred Therapy
Here we work on how you see your self, your life and your experiences in the present and day to day life. Or there may be an event going on in your life right now that you need to talk about.
Psychodynamic Therapy
This is where we may look at your past experiences and repetitive patterns that seem to continually affect your life and relationships.
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Focusing on your thoughts, emotions, physical feelings and actions, and how they affect one another. CBT is more of a solution based and goal driven method; 10-15 sessions of CBT can be especially useful in treating anxiety, depression and OCD behaviours.
Individuals and Couples
I work with individuals who are 16+ and with couples who are both 18+.
